Inspīr Embassy Row is currently under construction and is not licensed by the D.C. Department of Health. Upon completion of construction, Inspīr Embassy Row will apply to the D.C. Department of Health for a license to operate as an Assisted Living Residence. The anticipated opening for Inspīr Embassy Row is December 2024.

It is the perfect place to relax with your favorite drink or enjoy lively social gatherings while hovering above the hum of the city. A flexible, tiered program designed for residents who need assistance with personal care or who require intermittent enhanced care services.

A program for residents who need enhanced personal care, cognitive, behavioral, or social support in order to achieve optimal well-being and engage in the Inspīr lifestyle.
Oceana
An all-inclusive Memory Care Program designed for residents with dementia or other cognitive impairments who require a therapeutic and secure setting (located on floors 2-3)
Wellness Floor / The Sanctuary
The Wellness Floor is your sanctuary - your pristine destination for whole-person wellness. Our full-suite of amenities includes everything you need to stay vital and energized, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, saltwater pool, sauna, steam room and salt room – all staffed by personal trainers and wellness professionals. We encourage residents to stay mobile, both in the building and the city itself, and offer daily programs that keep our residents in motion—naturally and purposefully.

Lobby / Main Entrance
Feel the warmth and comfort of home as soon as you walk through our doors. Teakwood and white marble adorn the light-filled entrance to create an organic modern space that blends modern lines and crisp surfaces with natural materials and neutral colors. Washes of sunlight, lush greenery, fine gold accents, and large abstract art pieces energize and welcome you into the space.
Garden Bistro
Taking a seat at the Garden Bistro will feel like you’ve been transported to a Parisian cafè. It’s our take on refined casual dining. Enjoy a seasonal menu of light bites and health-focused fare inside the beautifully appointed dining room or on the terrace for al fresco dining.
The Fairfax Entrance
The Fairfax Entrance is an alternative building entrance that is situated where the Fairfax Hotel main entrance was located. This is the perfect place to meet your guests when they come to the building.
The Anthem
The Anthem restaurant will delight all of your senses. Feast your eyes upon luxurious surroundings - bespoke wallpapers, ornamental light fixtures, chic decor. Feel the strong, solid wood tables, sleek counters, lush jewel-toned upholstery. Listen for the sounds of our renowned chefs sautéing and flambéing from the open kitchen concept. Inhale the decadent aromas of our globally-inspired, health-focused menu. And, most importantly, taste and savor the vibrant flavors of worldly dishes that have been perfected to fulfill and nourish your mind, body and soul.
Ellington Hall
Every seat in Ellington Hall is the best seat in the house. Double-height ceilings create a palatial setting to enjoy live entertainment and lectures. Plush upholstery, custom wall coverings, and intricate light fixtures make for a sumptuous and sophisticated atmosphere.
Ember Lounge
Listen to the fire crackle while you sink into the comfort of oversized leather armchairs. Moody, rich tones of walnut, gold, copper, and bronze contrast a grand white marble fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves envelope you into the space. Choose to sit at the bar or one of several intimate conversation areas. The custom wallpaper, art, and textiles evoke an equestrian feel - a nod to the former Fairfax Hotel’s Jockey Lounge.
