DINING AT INSPĪR CARNEGIE HILL

BRINGING WELLNESS
TO THE TABLE

Food is a basic element to life. But what happens when you move it beyond basic? Then, it becomes a transformative, even healing, experience. One that is truly unique to senior living dining services at Inspīr Carnegie Hill. We create dining environments that nourish the mind, body, and soul—by creating opportunities for meaningful social connection. After all, sharing a meal is a deeply rooted part of what brings us all together.

Choose from a variety of venues, all offering locally sourced, nutrient-filled foods for whole-person health and wellness. Enjoy locally sourced and flavorful superfoods—like leafy green vegetables, fresh fish, and whole grains—that support heart and brain health. The culinary delights from our kitchens spark the senses and rekindle memories.

Whether relaxing in the bar and lounge, indulging in our fine dining venues, or taking in the sunrise over the East River, you’ll experience an atmosphere that is truly unmatched.

While every meal is an occasion at Inspīr, some require an extra level of curated atmosphere. This is where our private dining experiences truly shine. Choose between an intimate space within our 1802 fine dining restaurant on the ground floor or our SkyPark level dining room with incredible views of the East River. SKYPARK LOUNGE

The SkyPark is the perfect spot to take in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

RESIDENT SPOTLIGHT

“The food is wonderful here. The staff gets to know you and your preferences, and sometimes I don’t even need to order my food. They just bring it right over without me having to say a word. Breakfast is one of my favorite times to connect with my friends since we all sit at the same table and pull up as many chairs as we can fit.”

OUR CHEFS MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

Anyone can bring high-quality ingredients to the table. But the difference is what you do with them. That’s how the transformation happens.

Our Chefs bring global cuisine to Inspīr. The team brings passion and experience into creating menus that dazzle and delight. We are partnered with local purveyors to bring in seasonally inspired ingredients that continually surprise the palate and signal change throughout the year.

In addition to our seasonal dishes that celebrate local produce, our experienced chefs create a wide variety of dishes that reflect the rich cultural influences of New York City, as well as dishes commonly enjoyed throughout Blue Zones around the world. Expect New York classics such as pastrami and corned beef, but also contemporary spins on classic dishes such as beet pastrami and spaghetti squash BBQ ribs.

Imagine a light seafood dish with roasted scallops with cauliflower carpaccio. Yellow watermelon gazpacho using yellow heirloom tomatoes, yellow organic watermelon, aged sherry vinegar, red onion, olive oil, and garlic. A watermelon “faux tuna” poke bowl will also be on the menu, which has watermelon, soy sauce, and sesame oil mixed with other fresh vegetables.

The options are limited only by our chef's imagination.
